Телятина с зеленой фасолью

  • После приготовления вы получите 3 порции
  • Телятина - 500 г
  • Болгарский перец - 1 (средняя) шт.
  • Кинза - 20 г
  • Репчатый лук - 1 (средняя) шт.
  • Соль - по вкусу
  • Черный перец(молотый) - по вкусу
  • Майоран - по вкусу
  • Яблоко - 1 (маленькое яблочко) шт.
  • Стручковая фасоль - 200 г


  • 1. Телятину промыть, нарезать на небольшие кусочки, тушить под крышкой ок. 20минут. Добавить мелко нарезанный лук, тушить 5 минут. Кладем зеленую фасоль и майоран(у меня была замороженная), тушить минут 10. Нарезать красный болгарский перец и Яблоко, отправить их к мясу. Перемешать все и тушить до полной готовности ещё минут 5-7.

  • 2. В конце готовки посолить, поперчить. Добавить кинзу. Приятного аппетита!
